I have found that Theatr is awesome for getting resale tickets (they have a policy where if for some reason the ticket is invalid, they will reimburse you). I have also looked at TodayTix!
As a Torontonian, your Drake comments do resonate. Even beyond the internet, he got himself a storefront brand and music festival before many other entertainer brands du jour! And when his secret kid was revealed he just pivoted to including him in his branding.
